Astronomy night

To be honest, this was my first time I had such a late lecture but it was amazing, I learned a lot of facts about the universe from how it was created, to how stars and other things from out of space were created. we arrive at the center at around 18;00 it was really dark but I was really fascinated. we first learned about stars. I did even know that stars are black bodies, which means they can absorb 100 percent magnetic radiation.

I also learned that the biggest star does not live that long they die and then new stars are born. we later went outside to try and see if we could see any stars but it was very cloudy we only managed to see half of the venus and the seven sisters, it was really interesting and fun.

a little house with a very huge telescope

the tour continued and we went into this little hose that looked like an iglu it was really cool. we saw a big telescope and the woman from the center explained how the telescope worked, we even got to experience how the whole thing turns to left and we could see more stars from that point. we then went back inside and learned more about the star and how the northern lights appear, it was quite interesting, we even did an experiment with plasm lamp we were testing to see if some of us could make a blud light up while holding the lamp and some of us did and some of us did not I guess the saying is true positive and negative attract. but the experiment was really fun for everyone.

our last exercise was to see if we could create a constellation with candles and make the other group guess what constellation it was. our group won cause it took the other group a while to figure out what it was, all in all, this class was very interesting and learned a lot.
